To address the lint removal issue, make sure the lint trap is cleaned regularly and the drain hose is not clogged. You can also consider running a rinse and spin cycle without laundry every now and then to flush out any extra buildup in the system. As for the plumbing, it could be a good idea to check if the hose is kinked or if there are any blockages in the plumbing line connected to the washer.
