My family of 5 has been using this for just over a week now and it handles & simplifies all of our laundry needs. I love the convenience of the AI Wash + Dry option combined with the large laundry detergent reservoir...it automatically senses the load size, dispenses the proper amount of detergent, then washes and completely dries the load (even the towels) in 1 step. The laundry comes out smelling fresh and clean. Gone are the days of forgetting to "flip the laundry" over to the dryer and having to re-wash because it sat too long and began to smell. I also enjoy the LG ThinQ app integration and notifications. I can easily check how much time is left in the cycle AND it sends out notifications when the load is done and later on if you've forgotten to remove the load. This comes in handy if you are doing a "wash only" cycle for clothes you don't want to dry. Another great feature is the ventless heat pump design. This not only simplifies the installation, but also eliminates the need for regular maintenance of a "lint clogged" vent that comes with a traditional gas/electric dryer. To top it off, the machine is super quiet and super efficient. I highly recommend this product to anyone!

I am still adjusting to being able to "set it and forget it" as I don't have to set reminders to go dig everything out of the washer and put it in the dryer. The large capacity means fewer loads and not having to go to the laundromat to wash comforters. It has handled my king sized comforters with ease. The spinning is incredibly fast and quiet. I'm amazed it can spin so much moisture out, which makes drying more efficient. Great savings on laundry soap as well, since it only needs about 2 Tablespoons per load. My large bottle will last a long time. This is a highly efficient washer/dryer. It takes less space, uses less electricity, soap and water. The LG All in One is a great choice for anyone looking to simplify the laundry process. It really helped me to download and reference the full online manual, but it would be nice if a printed version had come with the machine. I think LG could afford to provide one. I only wish I could turn the drum light on and off during cycles.

The cleaning performance has been an upgrade from our previous unit and the auto dispensing detergent has been such a nice convenience. Cycle notifications from the app are great for reminding me that my laundry is done or if I need to run a Tub Clean cycle. One minor feature Inwould like to see added is the light comes on when you open the washer. The only time it will come on automatically is when the load is done. Despite the great performance on the washer side, the Drying side leaves much to be desired. If I'm running a small to medium load then the drying has been fine, but when I run bulkier items then it takes forever to complete. I've also experienced with towels that they can get stuck to the drum and after drying they come out like they've been fried. I think if LG could improve performance with larger loads then I would give this product a higher rating.

The machine had been great! You put everything in 1 machine soap and clothes then forget. Load takes about 2 hours but it's done when you return. Don't have to worry about wet clothes left in washing machine anymore. My husband is son of dry cleaners business and thinks it's a wonderful invention.

My wife loves that she can wash a load of kids’ clothes and leave for work. You don’t have to worry about transferring loads. The design of it all is pretty great too. It’s sleek, modern, simple, and easy to figure out with the built-in AI tech. The dial also makes it easy to use alongside the touch panel, so you get the settings for your wash just right. It's pretty quiet, it doesn't make much noise and overall dries well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. It does a great job washing and is incredibly quiet during the wash cycle. It is a little bit noisier during drying due to the compressor, but still relatively quiet. I was a little apprehensive about the switch to a heat pump dryer, so we kept our original dryer to use to quick dry items in emergencies. We have used the old dryer maybe twice in 5 months. The heat pump drying does tend to take longer than the traditional dryer, but the fact that there is no delay between washing and drying makes up for it. For drying, you can select Normal, Energy Saver, or timed dry. Normal is not much longer than a traditional dryer for most items, while Energy Saver is probably double the drying time of a traditional dryer. The only thing to be aware of is the lint/hair removal requirements. You will need to rinse the lint filter occasionally and do a quick 10 second vacuum of the duct that leads to the lint filter every now and then. The rubber door gasket also collects some lint/hair, but a wet paper towel or rags collects it all easily. In all, it's probably 5-10 mins of maintenance a month, which is more than worth it because of the time saved by not moving every load to a dryer, not to mention the energy savings.
