I had not been charged for my mattress for over a month, I called Stearn and Foster tried to get past the automated attendant, but it kept saying to re-phrase my question. Tracking your order is a joke, there are no details. Managment needs to make some customer-oriented changes. When you spend more money you expect better service.

Life finally feels complete knowing I have a place of comfort after a long hard day of work. With our old bed when either my wife or I got out of the bed the other person knew it, not with this bed neither of us is disturbed if one of us get up during the night. The bed is just top quality.
