It was so cool until it quit working after 2 weeks.

2 weeks later; Already need a replacement

This was a Christmas gift for our son but we all had a blast with it. Going to order another one soon

So realistic!  Played ping pong for 45 minutes and was dripping in sweat!  Game is a hit with all of our guests!

This is by far the best price for the oculus quest 2, the carrying case and battery pack head band are an absolute must.

Our family loves this VR set. The only this is the headset headband is made of cloth and you cannot clean off the sweat.

Game time

Meta quest 2 is a dynamite VR headset until it breaks.  7 DAYS after I received it the left controller quit connecting to the headset.  Took me two days to find the website to report the problem-another 2 days set waiting on their answer if they will fix or “troubleshoot”. Their technical support people dont even know what to do with their product. They are not customer friendly.  They do not have a customer service phone number - only text/chat.  You have to wait on them to get back to you.  Evidentially the left controller is a issue for quite a few people.  Make sure you keep the boxes cuz you have to have the numbers off the bottom of the box.

Terrible customer service

Great purchase! My son saved up his own money to purchase this on his own. He loves it and the games range in pricing from $10 and up. Its nice that all the games aren't $60 like xbox and ninteno switch games. The bundle is nice to have the extended battery life as well as the hard case to protect it all.
