Meta Quest 2 128GB Bundle Including Quest 2, Elite Strap with Battery and Carrying Case

Meta quest 2 is a dynamite VR headset until it breaks.  7 DAYS after I received it the left controller quit connecting to the headset.  Took me two days to find the website to report the problem-another 2 days set waiting on their answer if they will fix or “troubleshoot”. Their technical support people dont even know what to do with their product. They are not customer friendly.  They do not have a customer service phone number - only text/chat.  You have to wait on them to get back to you.  Evidentially the left controller is a issue for quite a few people.  Make sure you keep the boxes cuz you have to have the numbers off the bottom of the box.

Terrible customer service

I have not been out alot since the Big C. I used to travel between 30,000-45,000 miles a year. The Oculus has allowed me to travel from my home  to any destination that I can think of and to stay fit from the comfort of my own home. I love that everything I need to play is in the head set and the hand controllers.
