I bought this as a Christmas present for my 15 yr old grandson. He loves it. He hasn't put it down since opening it on Christmas. At his age, it's hard to find something, so I'm pleased I found this. Thank you Sam's Club.

Best Christmas Present Ever

This is lots of fun for all ages. Set up was easy. Shipping was quick! Would highly reccomend. Only problem is I purchased day after Thanksgiving and have not reveived 50.00 gift card??

Meta quest 2 is a dynamite VR headset until it breaks.  7 DAYS after I received it the left controller quit connecting to the headset.  Took me two days to find the website to report the problem-another 2 days set waiting on their answer if they will fix or “troubleshoot”. Their technical support people dont even know what to do with their product. They are not customer friendly.  They do not have a customer service phone number - only text/chat.  You have to wait on them to get back to you.  Evidentially the left controller is a issue for quite a few people.  Make sure you keep the boxes cuz you have to have the numbers off the bottom of the box.

Terrible customer service

Great purchase! My son saved up his own money to purchase this on his own. He loves it and the games range in pricing from $10 and up. Its nice that all the games aren't $60 like xbox and ninteno switch games. The bundle is nice to have the extended battery life as well as the hard case to protect it all.
