Meta quest 2 is a dynamite VR headset until it breaks.  7 DAYS after I received it the left controller quit connecting to the headset.  Took me two days to find the website to report the problem-another 2 days set waiting on their answer if they will fix or “troubleshoot”. Their technical support people dont even know what to do with their product. They are not customer friendly.  They do not have a customer service phone number - only text/chat.  You have to wait on them to get back to you.  Evidentially the left controller is a issue for quite a few people.  Make sure you keep the boxes cuz you have to have the numbers off the bottom of the box.

Terrible customer service

This particular bundle is approximately an $80 savings over buying the pieces individually, so it's a great deal! I'm not really a fan of the Facebook requirement, and I'd like to see more game options  like volleyball for instance, but overall it's lots of fun and many games are a major workout!! I did find that during travel the headset was jostled a bit and powered on in the carrying case, leaving the battery to be completely depleted when we arrived at our destination. Overall, we're very pleased with this purchase and have since purchased another as a gift for grown kids.
