I really like this fridge. I bought it in the sark stainless, which is beautiful. My biggest disappointment is the lack if space for eggs and the fact that you have to lift up one of the shelves to store milk. There is no way a gallon would fit in the door. Also, the extra cool storage bin is fun, and i put beer and 2 liter sodas in there. However, i would have traded it for more refrigerator space. I really loke the crushed ice in the door. The filter makes the ice much softer than my previous fridge did. Finally, the freezer is fine, but more of a big storage area, with a smaller pull out bin. It's fine, but no big deal. Overall, I think my side-by side held more. The delivery happened almost 10 days earlier than anticipated, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fell in love with this refrigerator in the store. Shortly after we purchased it, the icemaker quit. $250 repairs didn't last long. Veggies in crisper were partially frozen and ice crystals formed in freezer drawer. Then the icemaker quit again. Warranty doesn't mean much when the service call costs $200+ I'd never purchase another Samsung appliance nor recommend one. We've had it 2 years and paid for 2 service calls. Two other family members have the exact model refrigerator and have experienced the same problems.

It is the perfect size to hold a lot of food. The temperature is perfect for anything I want to put in it. The finished product of this refrigerator is awesome. I love the stainless steel of it.

It's perfect for a busy family because we can store bulky items, gallon containers, and meal prep containers with no problem. After having this for a couple of yrs the ice maker is constantly icing over, no matter what you do it it will still frost over & stop making ice. So far no solution has been found other then other people stating things a known issue with these fridges.

I've had this refrigerator for just over 5years. Every year something more goes wrong with it - the flexzone's motherboard has went out 3x, the display malfunctions often, it beeps randomly and often, the ice maker has stopped working and needed to be replaced 2x, the temperature does not regulate that well and the door shelves are kind of small. My latest issue is the water dispenser drips constantly. We've tried fixing it, it still drips all over the floor. The flex zone handle fell off. There are spaces in the fridge that are impossible to clean, which is gross. Only good thing is that it is quite spacious

Ice maker is not working. Im frustrating with the fridge we suppose to be happy and enjoy the fridge but I have to unplug the fridge in and off just because got freezing and stop working. The guarantee is over and I got the problem since I got the fridge and never resolve.

Very temperamental ice maker. I'm not sure if lines freeze up. We regularly have it fail. Go through all the suggested steps and sometimes it comes back to life. The thing that usually fixes it, but not always, is to totally unload itf, unplug it for several hours and then repower it. Last time we got 3 cubes then it stopped working again. This seems like an unnecessary aggravation. Will likely have to spend hundreds for a repair call now.

Very disappointed with the ice maker of this fridge. It is LOUD, freezes over, and hardly makes any ice. The ice that does dispense is not great-in shape or taste. Not impressed. Looking into buying a countertop ice maker, which is absolutely absurd considering how much we paid for the refrigerator. It may be esthetically pleasing, but needs improvement in function.
