It easily fits all my groceries with plenty of room to spare. The door and drawer setup makes it super easy to get to everything without letting all the cold air out. The shelves are flexible, so I can move things around depending on what I'm storing, which comes in handy more than I expected. The materials feel high-quality, and I really like the clean, modern look. It doesn't show fingerprints easily, which is a big plus. Temperature stays consistent throughout, and everything stays fresh and cold just like it should. Overall, it's quiet, stylish, and works perfectly. Definitely a 5-star fridge in my book.

We only have one issue with it and is the left door doesn't stay open when you open it all the way. Otherwise great appliance.

Unfortunately, this issue goes far beyond basic troubleshooting. The ice maker on this model has a well-documented, ongoing problem that many consumers have experienced — myself included. My refrigerator's ice maker has already been repaired four times, and yet the issue continues. At this point, it's clear that this isn't an isolated case or user error — it's a design flaw that needs to be properly addressed. Instead of sending generic replies to make it seem like the issue is being handled, Samsung should step up and offer a replacement or permanent fix for those affected. Consumers deserve a reliable product and genuine support when problems persist after multiple repair attempts. I've been patient and followed every recommended step, but it's time for Samsung to acknowledge the widespread problem and provide a meaningful solution

It's great for storing the smaller items you grab more often and the convenience door on the top keeps you from having to open the fridge every time you need condiments.

I loved the refrigerator until the ice maker stopped working. It worked just fine for about 2 years and then I started hearing a dripping. With a day or 2 the ice maker was no longer working. So I've been without an ice maker for about a year. It wasn't until it broke that I started seeing a lot of bad reviews for Samsung appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung Refrigerator is the newer model of the unit we replaced. The reconfiguration of the shelves and the flexibility of the shelves is excellent. Everything about this refrigerator is great except for two items. The water and ice dispenser on our former unit had a light that illuminated the dispenser when dispensing ice and water, it was very helpful especially at night. The second problem is that when the water filter needs to be changed the water supply to the refrigerator must be shut off while changing the filter then turned back on when the change is complete. The previous unit an automatic valve that allowed the filter to be changed while the water to the unit was turned on. These two, very likely, money savers are in my opinion are big dissatisfiers.

Okay Samsung. This is my second Favorite Frigerator with you. Same Model. Please explain why the door shelving is smaller than my older one and I was disappointed to see no pizza tray in the front freezer door. I kept my old one and placed it in there but of course it don't latch in place however it fits. I absolutely loved the idea of pizza tray in front of freezer door. I place butter and cheeses and other smaller items there. Hope you can make these changes back for my next purchase with you.My frig lasted years except like others complained Ice maker broke second year however I didn't care because I loved all the other qualities of this fridge. Hope this one you made changes on ice maker sense my last one. Absolutely 💯 love my fridge! Thank you!! Please bring back pizza tray in freezer.

When I went in I was only purchasing a cook stove but the fridge caught my eye so I could not pass it up and I'm so glad I made the choice. The compartments are amazing and the cooling zone keeps everything just the right temperature. I love the smart technology with being WiFi capable. Would highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great new refrigerator- but the ad (no floor model) showed different ice options so when we got the fridge, there was only one ice machine, that is slow in dispensing from the door. The rest performs and is spot on that advertised. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is the ice issue. Otherwise, it is top of the line.
