Sleek design and definitely resists fingerprints, even with a kid who takes pleasure in putting handprints on things. Love the drawer for lunch meat, cheeses and meat. Very convenient not having to open the fridge for our most used items. I love that the buttons to adjust temp, etc is inside the fridge instead of outside where little fingers can mess with them. Ice dispenses quickly and we have never run out, even with my wife who loves LOTS of ice in her drinks. Cooled quickly after installation. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I have owned for 7 years and would tell everyone who looks at SAMSUNG, DO NOT buy one with an in door ice dispenser. It will break and become useless within a year. Samsung has a serious design flaw that can't be fixed. It will never be fixed. Get a different model if you want ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how cold the fridge keeps and that the temperatures for each part of the fridge and freezer are adjustable. The buttons inside are a little hard to navigate but using the app to control the fridge/freezer temp is much easier to use. I really like the feature where it sends an alert to my phone if the door has been left open. My 5 year old can go into the flex drawer and get her after school snacks with ease and also the freezer. She can get ice and water herself so it's pretty easy to use. I appreciate the adequate door space and openness of the shelves. it's a wonderful fridge and we are happy with it.

Worked too long & hard to struggle with old one, Did a ton of research, found this Beauty. Shelves, middle drawer & freezer are sturdy and allows me to access 90% of it from my 'chair .. making my life easier. :)

I loved this refrigerator when I bought it. Ice maker has been repaired three times. Still not working correctly. Stopped cooling. Had mother board replaced.Had twin fan assembly repaced and temperature senor. Refridge is just a little over 5 years old. Samsung would not repair ongoing problems. STAY AWAY!

Purchased the fridge, microwave, range, and dishwasher and have nothing but problems with every product the whole time I've owned it! Samsung has admitted they know their products have defective parts and aren't going to fix them! Trust me don't purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about the refrigerator except that the ice maker sometimes jams up with cubes in the chute in the door. One remedy I'm trying is using the refrigerator at 36°F instead of the standard 37°. I hope that makes the difference. It would be nice if the middle drawer could also freeze things as well but it's not designed for that so I only explain that as what if type thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is well thought out in design. Large capacity and convenient drawer that converts from refrigerated space to freezer when needed. We only have one issue with it and is the left door doesn't stay open when you open it all the way. Otherwise great appliance.

It's great for storing the smaller items you grab more often and the convenience door on the top keeps you from having to open the fridge every time you need condiments.

My refrigerator's ice maker has already been repaired four times, and yet the issue continues. At this point, it's clear that this isn't an isolated case or user error — it's a design flaw that needs to be properly addressed. Instead of sending generic replies to make it seem like the issue is being handled, Samsung should step up and offer a replacement or permanent fix for those affected. Consumers deserve a reliable product and genuine support when problems persist after multiple repair attempts. I've been patient and followed every recommended step, but it's time for Samsung to acknowledge the widespread problem and provide a meaningful solution
