[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Let’s start with the most important thing: comfort. This mattress is very very comfortable when you’re first laying on it. It has a pretty thick pillow top for extra comfort. However, I do find myself sinking into the mattress quite a bit and once I am sunk in far enough, I begin to feel uncomfortable and like the bed is way too hard/firm. This mattress is supposed to be “medium” firmness and I agree that it probably would be once it was broken in and used for a couple of years. However, it is too firm for me and my boyfriend. We ended up putting an additional memory foam topper on it and now it seems to be pretty perfect for comfort! The biggest downfall of this mattress is how HEAVY it is. This is the heaviest mattress I’ve ever lifted. It was really tough to get in onto the bed frame even with my boyfriends help. I know mattresses get heavier with time as well since they collect dead skin cells and whatever else. This worries me for how heavy this mattress will be in a few years! I move a lot so it could potentially be an issue for that. However, the weight of this mattress proves to me how high quality and nice it is. I love that this mattress is black! Great for hiding dirt/moisture spots that inevitably happen over time. However, could be deceiving in the future if something does soak through the mattress and I can’t figure out where the stain is or if the stain has been removed or not. I suppose I will cross that bridge when I get there. The only other downfall of this mattress is that it’s very thick and high up. Luckily this isn’t an issue for me and my boyfriend because we are young and healthy. This would be an incredibly hard mattress to use if you had any sort of physical limitation or are of old age/lack height. When using this mattress with nothing on it but a fitted sheet, we did feel like it kept us cool and had great temperature control. Now that we have all of our other sheets and blankets and pads on the bed, that temperature control isn’t as good as it used to be. This mattress is incredibly expensive to purchase. I do think it’s worth the price if you are okay with the disadvantages mentioned above. It is incredibly durable, well-made, and supportive. I have a feeling I’ll have this mattress for years and years and years to come and it won’t do me wrong. Overall, I would recommend this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress soooo much, I'm not even sure where to start! I have scoliosis, and my husband has shoulder issues from a motorcycle accident as a kid, so it's important we have a supportive mattress. But let me tell you, I had no idea a mattress could be THIS supportive. I don't know if it's the Surface Touch Gel Memory Foam, the Self Response Latex, or the 2K Nano Coils, but when you lay down you can immediately feel this mattress conform to envelop every part of your body like a cloud. There are no uncomfortable pressure points, I don't wake up with numb spots anymore, and so sleep so soundly and wake up without pain! One of my other favorite aspects is the motion separation! Hubby is a flopper, and it use to wake me up constantly, but now he can flip flop to his heart (or shoulders) content, and I barely even feel it! I also appreciate the attention that was taken to control temperature with the Sleep Climate Technology and Micro Diamond memory foam! As a gal who is right about the age where hot flashes may soon become a concern, this is a super important feature to me! It's a little taller than I was expecting, and since our bed is already kind of high, I will probably grab a low profile foundation at some point to lower it to a perfect height. But it's still manageable as is, and my sheets still fit! I really couldn't be happier with it though! I tend to sleep on my sides, or back, and it's perfect for either position! I always feel perfectly supported, and even after a couple of weeks of sleeping on it, I still drift off to sleep each night thinking about how amazing it feels!

Just got it but once broken in like the stores I assume this will be a great bed worth the price. Coming from a Beautyrest that was 12 years old and after finding the box spring and base to be the problem, the old bed will be repurposed for a family member to get a few more years out of. I fully expect the same or better quality from the BR Black medium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying this is hands down the best mattress I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. It's so ridiculously comfortable I'm having a hard time waking up for my alarms. I'm also having a problem with my family stealing my bed and not wanting to get up. Honestly though, this is amazingly comfortable, extremely supportive for a plush pillow top, regulates temperature shockingly well and is of the utmost quality. I have been waking up every morning feeling completely refreshed and have had no issues waking during the night like I used to all the time. Aside from these attributes, it's also beautiful. Love the black label and color scheme. Thank you Influenster and Beauty rest! Couldn't be more happy! Everyone should go out and buy one now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most comfortable mattress I have ever owned! I've never slept better. The perfect balance of support and cushioning. Waking up refreshed and pain-free. Great for side sleepers! Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress, I was so pleased with how it looked. I even gasped, "wow, that's beautiful!" It is a black mattress with small silver stitching that makes it look so luxurious. We've been sleeping on this mattress for a month now and love it. The pillow top makes it so comfortable but still supportive. I like that it is made to be used with or without a box spring, so we didn't have to change our bed frame. It is nice that the mattress has built-in handles which made it easy to move and place on the frame. The mattress is quite thick so some of our fitted sheets are a tight squeeze to cover the whole side of the mattress, but we haven't had it come off of any corners yet. We need more time to see how durable the mattress is in the long run, but so far we have enjoyed many restful nights on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing bed! I tried this bed and absolutely fell in love. I slept so good and was super comfortable the whole night. No more tossing and turning it felt supportive as well as plush. The best of both worlds. Don’t walk but run and get this mattress!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this mattress! It is so comfortable and with my back it gives me the support I need. The craftsmanship is amazing on this mattress, I love the designs sewn into it. After laying on it for roughly an hour the bed still felt cool and comfortable! I would highly recommend this mattress for back and side sleepers. I actually woke up today without my back hurting! ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this was my first high-end mattress. It is HEAVY! You will need help setting it up! It does have helpful fabric handles along the sides to help you maneuver it into place. Second, it is very firm. I prefer a firm mattress, but this one might need a bit of a foam topper for me to be super comfortable on it. Third, the construction seems very quality. The top is quilted and the seams are all very sturdy. Finally, it's an extremely tall mattress, so I'm still getting used to that! I have a mattress protector on this and I expect it to be a nice place to sleep for years to come.

Had a great first night sleep. Also purchased Sleepy's Elite adjustable frame. Control is an electronic pad. Jury is still out on the control. Certainly didn't need another electronic device and I can't operate it in the middle of the night with my eye closed.
