I received this as a gift a few months back and used 3 times and have had it u plugged for a few weeks. Went to start using again and no longer works! I’m highly disappointed and upset.

I love this coffee maker. I use the frappe and iced coffee the most. I do have some questions. At first my ice did not see to melt when pushing over ice. Now it is melting leaving my frappe more liquid. Any suggestions?
