I use my everyday and I love it. I’ve had 5 other family members buy one too. My seal is broken on the blender carafe and it’s leaking. I’ve not been able to find the replacement parts for this. Any suggestions?

This maker literally stopped working after 2 months! Bought it brand new used it a handful of times and it just stopped working , the buttons flicker but that’s all.
