Received this product as a gift and after using about 12 times in 10 weeks it will not turn on. I unplugged and waited 2 days and product still wont turn on.

My husband bought this for me in January as a late Christmas gift, and I freaking love it! I also liked that it came with a Recipe book as well. The only thing I wish is that it chopped the ice better.
