I have used this for hot coffee and a frappe so far. It is good for one cup at a time, I had thought that I'd be able to do at least 2 cups but I read wrong. If you make another cup while the unit is still off, be prepared to be steamed! While you pour in your water a puff of steam will come at you. I also learned a quick lesson about having the coffee grounds in before pouring the water. I had ground every where. Also the ground somehow end up making there way into the water area... I don't like this. I wasn't sure about the frappe. The instructions weren't real clear on how to do the coffee part and how much. I think I prefer just using my blender. Overall, it works, but a regular pot is better.... I need to look at the return window for this .....

Literally with some Starbucks vanilla syrup you can make a perfect frappe!!

Good product but it splatters and requires unit to be wiped down after each coffee made. Frappe maker is a nice feature and works well

Fabulous for at home iced or frozen coffee at a fraction of the price in coffee shops!! You can customize each coffee lovers drink!!

Had to play with the recipes a bit to get it how I like, but the machine is exactly as advertised! Frappe made at home in minutes!

only negative to this machine is that The coffee cup sits quite a ways down from the spout which causes it to splatter.

Ive had this machine for about a month and have not had any issues so far. Love the differnt options all in one.

I love the concept but dislike the execution. The blender is extremely loud, so I can’t make a frappe if anyone is asleep in the house lol.

If your family loves different coffees this is the best. My 16 year believes she works at the coffee shop its so easy to use.
