I received a device that was returned and sent out. The blender cup was dingy and still had residue on the bottom where it wasnt cleaned out. It was a gift so they just cleaned and steralized it so that they could use it.

i thought it would make a good glass of ice coffee.. nope. you're better off just putting your left over coffee in the refrigerator! so for me definitely not worth the money. not even for the hot coffee. .. which is not that hot. 🤔😕

Frappe maker blows out of every crevice it can when my wife used it. The taste isn't good based on their instructions for the frappe I wanted. I will not buy another Mr. Coffee item at this point.

Love my machine. I use it for cold and hot coffee… I use it for lemon tea over ice… (just place tea bags in basket instead of coffee). Then create with choice of flavors/sauces.

Pretty decent. Only flaw is it makes a big mess—it’s white so very evident. Splatters all over the front of the machine. I’ve not used the cold setting. Was nice it came with cups and straws!

I love this so much and so does my daughter the only think i did not like is my coffee doesn’t get as hot as I’d like it to but other than that I love it I use it daily

I had a previous version of this model and loved it. However, it would power off mid cycle. As long as this one keeps working, I'll give it 5 stars all day long.

Well i got this as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She has loved it so much and has done so much with it, that i ordered one for me so she can use it when they come to visit.
