The first couple of nights took some getting used to, but after that it was great. Very good temperature, very firm but adjusts to one's body shape. Best sleep in years and my wife's snoring is way down. It was easily twice the price of the next mattress but it is worth it. I added four KS foam pillows to go with it. Very comfortable.

This is hands down the most incredible mattress I've ever slept on. It's fantastic for both side sleepers and back sleepers. The mattress is firm/supportive for your spine, however, the memory foam ensures that the surface is soft. It's definitely worth the price!

After struggling to sleep through the night for the past few years due to hot flashes and restlessness from hip & back pain, we decided to invest in the Tempur-ProAdapt cooling bed and it was worth it! I have been sleeping through the night for the first time in over a year. No more waking up hot and the Zero G feature has changed our sleep pattern so much, no more tossing and turning or pain in our backs & hips. We have a split California king mattress with adjustable bases, medium hybrid. We absolutely love them! It took a couple weeks getting used to the change from a traditional old mattress. My husband had a lot of back pain, and snoring. This has been a life changer! He has no back pain and far less snoring! I look forward to going to bed now! So comfortable! I was leery of some of the very negative reviews, but we haven't experienced any issues! I don't believe they are hot mattresses. We sleep with a sheet and one blanket and it's perfect. I would highly recommend! My husband is a large frame guy and I am smaller, and it works for both of us! Now the next thing will be to see how long they last! But that's a separate subject down the road.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the firm mattress and at first, we thought it may be too firm. However, once we started sleeping on it, it felt wonderful! My back never felt sore and I felt well rested. In fact, my sleep tracker indicated an increase of 1.5 hours of deep sleep each night once I changed to the Tempurpedic mattress. I was more rested, even though my total hours of sleep didn't change. The cooling gel also kept us from getting too hot at night.

I'll keep this simple, this bed is amazing. Motion transfer, ZERO. Really great when your spouse hops into bed like he's doing a cannonball. No, it doesn't sleep "hot". I'm a very hot sleeper and I stay pretty neutral all night. Also, the cool touch thing doesn't matter much once you put a mattress protector and sheets on, so keep that in mind. I've never experienced the "stuck in the mud" feeling. I'm a heavier sleeper so I was worried about this, but thankfully I can turn and get out of bed just fine. You'll have an adjustment period. I've never slept on memory foam and boy is it different. Not in a bad way, but you'll think that at first. Give it a few weeks. Pricey? Yes. But totally worth every penny. We both wake up feeling well rested and have more energy throughout the day. Sleep impacts pretty much everything you do, why not make life a little better?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Pro adapt bed! Back ache is nearly gone, my husband's snoring is minimal with just a push of a button. What more could I ask for? Nothing beats a good night's sleep. So much that I bought another one (temper-cloud that comes rolled up) for our cabin in the mountains. A splurge? Yes but comfort is worth it! Only downside to new one; a tad bit too firm. Now I need a 1" topper but can only find a 3" which is too squishy for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is great for both my partner and I and we are very different sleepers. I am no longer sore in the morning and my partner no longer snores! While sometimes my partner has found it too warm, I have not. The bed is pricey, but I think worth it.

This whole thing started where my wife and I wanted to upgrade to a king-size mattress and developed back problems over the years. We have two younger kids, so ever minute asleep is needed. We tried two Purple mattresses, and found them to be really stiff after the first few inches of support. This is not good for side sleepers. For side sleepers (especially larger builds), you need to go with Soft to allow for the hips to sink in the mattress, but also be supported. Its the best mattress I've slept on. After struggling for months waking up sore everyday, this mattress worked. The only negative, is that the white-glove delivery did take longer than if it was shipped directly, but saved my back for lugging this up a flight of stairs. Solid trade off.
