The hybrid was perfect for us because it wasn't too firm like memory foam sometimes is, and it has little bounce/give that you need to not feel like your on a firm piece of foam. I don't wake up with a sore back anymore and the king size provides plenty of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and son in law bought this mattress first and all I heard was rave reviews so I purchased the same one. I'm so satisfied. A quality mattress is worth the money. I'm sleeping so good and that was not the story prior to my purchase.

We have owned NUMEROUS mattresses over the past 40 years from ones that flip, pillow tops of all thicknesses, the last one being the worst after only one year. I was looking at kickoff of the Temper-Pedic but my husband insisted we purchase the real thing. Ordered it off Temper-Pedic website and received it 8 days latter. Selfie wry was great and they took the other mattress and box spring with them. OMG I am a non-sleeper, well I always have been, until the first night we slept on our new Temper-Pedic medium firmness. It was lights out for 8 hours which is double what I usually sleep. ALSO l, my husband and I both have terrible backs and usually got up half crippled. This wonderful mattress has help GREATLY with this issue also. WE WOULD GIVE THIS MATTRESS A 10 STAR RATING IF THAT SAS AN OPTION. Thrilled we spent the month for it as it is worth every cent.

She developed that cozy spot no matter how we turned or rotated the mattress. Then one day getting up she felt a spring poking through the cover and she said I think it's time to consider a new mattress. We went to a few stores and spent hours trying various brands and found this product to be incredible. It has the support comfort and temperature to allow a restful sleep where you wake up feeling well rested. The mattress is expensive and a bit disappointing that it is not manufactured in the United States hence the 4 star rating.

We just bought our second Tempurpedic-ProAdapt Firm mattress because we love it so much! We have a second home in Florida, which is where we spend the winter months. We first bought this mattress for our bed in Kentucky and it dramatically improved our sleeping there. When we came to Florida this winter, we missed the bed so much! We love the support that we had been feeling with the Tempurpedic mattress. After much debate, we decided to duplicate the bed for the time we are here. At first, we felt the bed was too firm, but after a week, we were in love with it! Good support for the back! Took care of my husband's restless legs.

It is a firm/medium feel. You can sleep close to the edge without falling off. My back pain is much less then before. But not totally gone. I have only been sleeping on it for about a month. The big question is, was it worth the money? If you have an extra $4,000 it would be fine. I wouldn't go into debt to get one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once a salesman said you will pay an enormous amount for a automobile that you will set in for a couple of hours a day but will cut cost and purchase an uncomfortable mattress that you will sleep on for 8-10 hours a day and wake with back issues. My first Tempur Pedic lasted 12 years. I chose to purchase a "In the box mattress" only to return and purchase the Pro-Adapt which we love dearly. Last time I settle for a lesser product. Now I wake each day fully refreshed.

When I get into the ProAdapt mattress, my focus becomes SLEEP. It is an amazingly advanced mattress in terms of quality, support, and still provides a plush, cloud-like feeling as if you're slowly sinking into the bed, long after you've already laid down. I am getting full nights sleep EVERY night now, am having no issues whatsoever with the product or their wonderful support team, and encourage anyone who is looking to buy a new bed to truly consider making it a TEMPUR-PEDIC purchase!
