Not textured, but thick enough you can pull it and it won't rip. Gentle enough to not irritate, but strong enough to get into all the folds and creases to wipe clean.

These are my go-to brand for wipes. They really are gentle on the skin; We haven’t had any issues with rashes or irritation. The box also lasts us a couple months, between home & daycare.
