The laptop itself works great...but the 2 Year HP Care Pack w/Accidental Damage plan is another story. The PC says that the warranty was activated almost a year before I purchased it, and contacting HP to get the date corrected (to get the full 2 years) is a pain to say the least. Sam's and HP need to come up with a better way to show an accurate date for when the product is purchased so that their customers don't have to spend forever on the phone with HP to get the FULL 2 years. I would have given it a full 5 stars if the Care Pack was accurate.

Computer seems great. Very fast. Moving from Windows 10 to 11 has been a big learning curve though.

This is a great laptop computer. I love the large screen, which works well for Zoom meetings, the expanded storage space, and the functionality. The price was also fantastic. I have no complaints.

As usual, computers now a days have all kinds of junkware included. I bought an OEM version of Windows 11 Pro and reformatted the hard drive. When you install Windows, all versions are included, the only difference is the key. Since the key is in the BIOS, it automatically installed Windows 11 Home. OEM version have a key for installing fron scratch, not an upgrade license, so I ended up buying an upgrade license from Microsoft. Now I have an OEM license and nothing to ut it on. For the extra money I spent to upgrade and get rid of the junkware, I could have gotten a laptop with Windows 11 Pro.

Watch out !!! My keyboard quit working after 14 months of light usage. I bought this computer from Sam's Club because of the 2y6ear HP care pack warranty. But I was advised by Sam's Club customer service that the warranty only covers the 1st year. So now an HP desk ornament that is useless ti me.

A nice upgrade from the older HP model I have had for years. Im betting this one will last as long for me.

This computer is TERRIBLE. It has software quirks that are infuriating. It was the biggest waste of money that I've ever spent.

Large screen is a plus and keyboard is bigger too! Easy to set up!
