Delivery is directed and managed by Sam's and is out of our control. Our product is made in a remote area in Oklahoma and getting reliable LTL service has been a challenge for Sam's. They have recently changed carriers serving our factory and hopefully future customers will not experience the issues you did.If after all of this time the cushions are any more comfortable we would appreciate if you might change your review.thanks

Sorry you disagree with the name. We have recently added a closeup image of the tapestry and hope future consumers notice this if they have the same issue you do.Your review is not really a review of the quality of the product but more an indication of your opinion. I you would change your review to cover the quality of our product it would be very much appreciated.
