We needed a sofa for my grandparents cottage in Pa. and when this one came we were so excited!!! GREAT sofa!!! So pleased and it looks and feels AWESOME!!

The couch is really sturdy and good looking. The colors are very vibrant and rich making the couch look very expensive. We love it and can't stop looking at it lol

I stumbled upon this couch and am so glad that I did. I really like it and since we're seniors, we like the fact that the legs are taller than most. So far, very comfortable.

Second time we ordered these for our NC Mountain Lodge Home at Beech Mountain! Arrived 2 Days early!

I was amazed at the low price on these so I was not expecting great quality. The furniture arrived within 10 days and I love it. It's gread for our lake cabin and looks exactly as it does in the pic. I was concerned that it would be "red" however it's a nice burnt sienna color so matches rustic decor nicely.

The couch is so comfortable and we love it. Going to get the other pieces at some point as well. Only thing we don't like is the stitching sticks out a little. Looks fine, but waiting for our dog's nails to pull it up.

Delivery - No issues Set-up - No issues Base - sturdy but light enough that I could move the couch, loveseat, and chair myself (I have CDD). Cushions - Comfortable, but they don't last. within days the threads started to pop, similar as other pictures in these reviews. Customer Service - Sam's was great, the couch company, mixed feelings. They did send me new cushion covers but tried to blame the issue on my dog because they saw her crate in the picture. They said these are not pet friendly (there is no description or warning stating that) However, my dog has IVDD that can't stand well, let alone jump on furniture. Lastly, whoch ultimately made me want to write this is the back cushion started ripping open, It was a small rip so I sewed it but now the other side did and it's the whole length of the cushion. My love seat is fine and my chair as well, but the chair is barely used compared to the couches. Probably be great for a den or adult only house that doesn't lounge.

sofa was not built very well and was not comfortable. Then it was supposed to be white glove delivery. Came home and found it sitting in the driveway and it got rained on. No attempt to call to schedule delivery or not even a knock on the door. Hubbie was home. So we tried to move it, but my husband is disabled and I am way too old to be moving furniture. Asked for return and it sat in my garage for two weeks waiting on pick up

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Carrier was difficult to work with. Came 3 days later than anticipated. The back cushions barely have any fluff and sag after sitting in, one seat already started to fray after 2 weeks. Just waiting on a new couch to be delivered before returning this one.

I wanted to love these, I really did. Within the first 3-4 months, the first cushion split at the seam (it has been backwards showing the zipper side ever since). These are not my primary sofas they are in my living room, used less than once per week. Within the first year, the second cushion split at the seam, then a third. The cushions have literally pealed apart with long strings. They cost too much for me to be throwing them away a few years later. Now let's talk delivery, they literally mean curbside. I live on a cul de sac, they left the sofa's in the street. No notice they were delivered, just dropped at the curb like trash. I don't recommend, they don't last. Sadly, a total waste of money, though they were pretty.
