Large can sells for a sizable discount. Froze about half in 2 cup glass containers, while eating the other half over a 5 day period. Thawing and heating the frozen content tasted as good as the first half. Had forgotten how much I really enjoyed Hominy, especially with a little butter and salt.

Texture is a little too hard and some of our cans came in dented

It's a 7-pound can that was substituted for a 28-oz can. Far more than I need!
