Pros - I like the black and wood look together. It looks stylish. I thought the mug holder was a neat feature. My husband thought the “moveable” spout was neat. The silverware holder a plus as I keep it for quick access to paring knives. Cons - The mug holder was warped and needed to be twist-tied in place to drain into the drain board. I think my board must be warped due to the water not collecting at the drain hole and going down the spout. Also the water backs up to the drain joint and drips all over the counter. The spout also isn’t long enough that water leaves the spout, hit the sink edge and water falls 1/2 in the sink and the other falls on the sink edge and ends up on the counter. Be sure you either have a flat low sided drop in sink or an undermounted sink as anything with a lip on a drop in will be headache. Not sure how to fix the problems with the spout, so looking for a new drain board (that drains from the whole side and the board is more angled).

Love the style and look of this but the design leaves a lot to be desired. The only drain hole for the water is near the middle of the catch tray. The catch tray isn’t sloped towards the drain hole so water piles up and you have to physically tip the dish drainer to get rid of the water or it gets nasty.

Just had our kitchen redone and looking to get new accessories. Saw this at my club at a reduced price and figured it would work. It is a nice heavy duty rack and while our old one had the drain tray that had to hang over the sink, this one with the center drain with spout it doesn’t have to. Like that the cup/glasses holder and utensil basket are not build in and can be moved (or even removed) for what’s best needed.

We bought this because we needed a dish rack for our temporary home while we build our dream house. I am so pleasantly surprised with with the contemporary style and color, I plan to keep this for our future home. It is not rubber and wire like everyone else's rack. It is sleek and thick wood. The cups have a separate elevated rack. The only part that looks cheap is the tiny drain pipe from the bottom.

I love the style and the way it fits on my counter. Rhe drain hole in the center has a rough, slightly raised ridge around it so the water goes around it instead of into it. I have to dry the bottom if I don't want hard water spots because it doesn't drain. Good idea with poor execution. I thought mine might be defective and was going to exchange it, but I see many others are having the same problem. Too bad. May return.

It seems nice at first. But then you realize it leaks water from where the 2 halves of the spout connect. Also, you need to wash out the spout every week or else mold and slime can start growing. Especially if you are doing dishes constantly. Finally, you need to put the drain spout over the sink so the water can run out. But the water clings to the end of the spout and runs under slight about an inch or so. If you have a small sink like my apartment, you can't afford to have such a bulky dish rack right next to the sink and partly hanging over. No, tilting the dish rack towards the sink doesn't help. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Waste of money.

If it didn't leak all over my counter, it would easily be 5 stars. I bought this because it was large and could handle the number of dishes we do on the daily. I was super happy with it until I noticed water all over my counter. The whole reason I bought this is so that I wouldn't have to have a wet dish towel on the counter overnight. I have taken the drain piece off several times to try and correct it leaking, but it continues to leak. I would return it, but I threw the box away already. Do not recommend.

Work as described. Well made, nice and sturdy. This stainer has a really nice modern look goes well with my kitchen. Large enough to hold all of my dishes. The cup holder will only hold 4 cups and that depends on the size of the cups. I wish the silverware holder was a little bit deeper, but it works fine as long as it just regular silverware and not large r spoons or spatulas.

Dish rack is great for cups & plates but anything else & you have to play a balancing game. Grates on bottom are too wide & things fall through. Dividers between plates are too tight for many of our curved plates and there’s no good place for odd shaped stuff like Tupperware & small things like medicine cups. Wouldn’t choose again & was only rack to choose in stores. Disappointing!!!

I was so excited to get this drainer. It was bigger than my old one and looked so much nicer. The biggest selling point for me was the funnel for the water to drain into the sink; I was excited not to have my drainer sitting partly in the sink to drain properly. Once I got it home and opened it, I was happy with the size and sturdiness. I was unhappy, however, with the base and the funnel. The base doesn’t account for any sink lip, which my sink has. This is my issue, I know. If I had paid more attention, I would have caught this before purchasing given the pictures on the box. So, for that, I can’t dock any star ratings - just more of an “FYI” for others who also have a lip on their sinks. The funnel drain, however, is what has taken two full stars off my rating. It has fallen off and/or come loose several times, draining water all over my countertop. Disappointing. I think that piece needs some tweaks.
