The drainage feature doesn't work properly

Counter is always soaked from spout leaking 😒

The spout under the tray will make water leak all over your counter.

Leaky. Elongated legs are no longer available, but even if they were it would still leak. Boo. Hiss.

It's very sturdy, seems well made. However, the low profile doesnt allow the drain spout to properly fit over a drop in sink. There are no included feet risers as depicted.

I like the design and it is a nice size. The problem is that it does leak badly! i have solved the problem with glue to seal the tube that clips on the bottom of the tray.

The picture on the box shows the drain spout being much larger than it is. Nice looking and sturdy other than the spout not being long enough. I tried to add pictures but was unable to.

I didn't like it. The strainer that is on the side keeps leaking water. If anyone has tips on how to fix it i would appreciate it. My whole counter gets wet with water.

Wasn't sure what i was getting but we needed a new dish rack so I purchased this one. Was really impressed by the look and durability of the dish rack and it looks very awesome

This ruined my wood counters because it leaks from underneath. I have tried everything to stop it, but it is just a flawed design. If it wasn't for that, I would love it.
