First of all, the dish rack is big and seems to be able to hold a lot of dishes, but it really can't because there are just a few "humps" - the dividers that are supposed to hold the plates upright. The humps should run along the length of the rack (instead of the width) to hold more plates. But this is not the case here. Most dishes have to lay flat. Secondly, this dish rack is leaky. Water leaks out. This is a poorly designed rack.

This dishrack works great and has plenty of space for drying dishes, silverwear, and cups. I do not have an undermount sink, so it does drain ok but I do have to tip it a bit to drain the tray completely. It would work amazing IF the rack came with the feet to raise it like the picture in the description shown!!! False advertising.

Leaks on the drain

The draining spout can be moved around, and due to this, water will leak. Causing condensation under the rack, making the countertops very wet.

The drain tray is useless. Bad design to put the too small single drain hole 2/3 the length. Sitting water will result. Returning this one.

I really liked this dish rack but after a few weeks we realized it was leaking from the drain and damaged our quartz tile. There was no way to fix it due to the drain spout having the attachment that leaks.

I WISH I had read the reviews before buying this MESS of a rack! The spout comes off VERY easy! The size overall is GREAT but it LEAKS! I wash it every other day as the film builds up. I WISH I had kept the receipt to get my money back.

I love the look, size, and durability of this dish drying rack, but the drainage spout underneath leaks. It is extendable, and where the two pieces join, the water drips out onto the counter.
