I wish this dish drainer didn't leak water all over my counter. I love the size and layout but the drain canal leaks. I have used silicone and a rubber sealant to try and stop the leakage. I've applied sealant 3 or 4 times, all the way down the tube but it still leaks. I'm at a loss for what to do as i don't want to return it. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

This is a really heavy and does not meet my needs. The design allow plates to slip out of the side. The dish rack in the middle with the big bump makes it hard to put other dishes in. I came on here to find another solution. The modern design is great for someone that want's a really nice looking dish rack. This is not for me. Thanks.

This is designed by someone who never uses a dish rack. Just looks good! Not functional and keeps tons of space. Floppy dinnerware part, totally disaster. The width is not correct. If you are planning to dry only one pot but want to keep fourth times of space of it, go ahead and buy it.

This dish rack is aesthetically pleasing, but it leaks from the spout onto my counter. I tried to use plumbers tape and a (as seen on tv) waterproof tape, and that did not work. It would've worked better with regular drain board (sans extended spout), but I have not found one as large as the rack. Unfortunately, I will have to return it.

I like the design very functional and modern looking. It does leak a bit but I figured that may be fixed with the extender dish rack feet that are showed in the pictures. So as I read below I called the customer service number listed. Unfortunately these are not available at this time. I wish they were. Please let me know if I can get these dish rack feet some how I would like to have them. Thanks :)

I bought this awhile ago and really like the dishrack. The problem is the drain tray - it doesn't really drain well and in fact drips water from the spout and leaves a puddle of water on the counter. I will get rid of the tray and get something else to put underneath the rack.

This is the BEST dish rack I've ever had. It's sturdy metal and large enough for all your needs. It's really beautiful too! Here are the 2 mods we did to take it from 3.5 to 5 stars: 1) remove the wooden piece from one side so you can mount the utensil rack on the side, it works much better there 2) after you decide the orientation, extend the drip nozzle where you're going to want it then remove it and put a silicone seal where the gap is, if not this will leak pretty badly. Normally I wouldn't bother with mods I'd just look elsewhere. This was so worth it!! You won't be disappointed.

Does not drain well, so you will need to clean it weekly. My biggest complaint is that, the drain tube will leak where they attach. It does not matter if you make it short or long, it will leak. I just used silicone to make it a permanent fix. Lastly, if you have big plates or bowl, this will not work well. I recommend this to someone who wants a puddle of water underneath and have flat plates only.

Love this draining board. Plate racks are straight up and down making it easier to rotate. Only suggestion is to improve the drain channel and provide a lift that can go on either side to guide water towards sink. Mine sits on edge of sink making the other end lower

Love the size of the dish rack itself but the bottom needs more designing. Couldn't figure out why my cupboard was all wet, the spout under the bottom leaks like a river running thru it. My husband even tried to silicone the attachment on and I still had water under the unit. Not sure what I'll do now, I will probable have to buy a matt to put under it to catch the water.
