This modern dish rack is made of high quality material and has added pieces to hang off the side for silverware and cups. The black finish is so nice and with the added wood touches makes it look very farm house chic! It is very large so not something I would keep on my counter all the time, but works great for a sink full of dishes!

If it didn't leak all over my counter, it would easily be 5 stars. I bought this because it was large and could handle the number of dishes we do on the daily. I was super happy with it until I noticed water all over my counter. The whole reason I bought this is so that I wouldn't have to have a wet dish towel on the counter overnight. I have taken the drain piece off several times to try and correct it leaking, but it continues to leak. I would return it, but I threw the box away already. Do not recommend.

I like the size of this dish rack. I hand wash mostly large items like chopping boards and pots. This size fits those large items well. It is attractive looking on the counter. It has an adjustable small drain tube under the pan. Make sure it stretches to the sink. I don’t do that the first use.

Love the size and sturdiness of this dish holder. Only thing I would like to see different is the drain system. Rather see it elevated to drain as putting that drain hole and spout of drainer. Do not care for that part. But still glad I purchased it.

The shape of the solid tray does not drain very much of the water. There is always a nasty pool of water until you remove all the trays, drain, and wash yourself. The pivoting water trough leaks when water finally does make it to the drain hole. The shape and spacing of the glassware rack is very iffy for short,heavy juice or rocks glasses. The silverware tray is too small and not deep enough. It's difficult to believe anyone researched this product and found it worthy to to take up shelf space in Sam's, much less at the price it sells for.

Very lovely dish rack! I like that it’s made of metal with wood accents on the handle. It’s large and seems to be pretty sturdy. The rack has a drip tray with adjustable drainage, removable cup holder and utensil holder. Only took a minute to assemble.

I have been trying to decide if I wanted something this big next to my sink, I’ve always used just a drying mat. But this one looked really nice so I tried it. I’m so glad I did. It is so much easier to use for all the dishes I hand wash besides the drying mat and making sure nothing falls. And it looks really nice next to the sink. The wood handles give it such a nice look. Really happy I tried this, both for convenience and aesthetics.

Not a happy customer with the service. Did not receive the feet extenders given the phone number 888-746-7726 to call and all they want to do is sell you a medical device and not assist with actual needs. When you decline their offer for the device the call conveniently gets disconnected.

Seeing the picture of this dish drainer doesn’t give you a good perspective,,, it’s a lot larger than it looks. As I live by myself, it’s certainly bigger than I need, yet it does make sense. Although the little drainage spout under it caught me off guard,,, I’ve never seen one before, it’s a nice addition. Great product for a good price

Nice but doesn’t work well with a surface mounted sink. The feet of the rack causes the unit to be too far from the sink making the ‘spout’ is too short. If you put the feet up on the edge of the sink, the drain will not flow. Would work well for a ‘rimless’ under mounted sink
