Excellent cut of meat for my Beef stroganoff recipe.

It's The Only place we can find these kind of steaks. My wife really like these thin sliced steak

Love it. Cook in air fryer for my four legged boys and myself.

It was ok fresh but had alot of veins, the meat was tuff not tender. Kinda hard to explain.
