Beautiful kitchen faucet that works really great! Problem is, once it is out of warranty, it's likely that the faucet can start to leak and Vigo won't honor the limited lifetime warranty and replace it with a new Vigo faucet.

I purchased this sink for my brand new home and I get so many compliments on it. Even the plumber, who sees a lot of sinks, really loved it. I love the depth and the racks it came with. The faucet is great as well.

I purchased this pull down spray kitchen faucet because it had a nice look online. When I received it, it looked as good and even nicer. It gave my sink an upgraded look and it works great. A great purchase.

The faucet is very sturdy, the stainless easy to keep clean. I purchased it because of the brass fittings and gallons per minute was more than most so I have decent pressure. Wish the spray setting had more pressure hence one less star rating.

We currently love our new faucet. We have only had it for a few weeks but makes a huge difference in our kitchen and goes great with our new countertops. It was also very easy to install. We ordered from faucetsdirect.

Overall the build quality is good. However, the design is questionable. It uses a big nut to screw the whole faucet to the counter top. Remember that most kitchen has very limited space below the counter top, how could people tighten the nut on screw? There is no space for a wrench.

I bought this faucet over a year ago. Overall, it works fine. It is slow to respond when changing back from spray to solid. The biggest problem has been the water level becoming loose and needing to be replaced. It is covered under the warranty, but cost $24.95 in shipping and handling, which was a lot of money that was fairly new. It is already loosening and headed for trouble again - the more you have to tighten it, the threads start to strip.
