Taking it to improve gut flora and reduce GI issues. Seems to be helping.

Easy to take! Works just as well as the liquid in my opinion but without the aftertaste.

This supplement is a game changer. My only regret is that I didn’t add it sooner.

I don’t notice any difference and compared to the liquid I don’t feel like it’s working sadly
