So much better than digesting a shot of the vinegar orally every morning.

No after taste or acid reflex that the liquid form of apple cider vinegar usually causes.

I have not noticed anything yet. I've been taking for two weeks now.

This ACV is good for my sensitive tooth and have Zinc on it .

Haven't been using long, but haven't noticed anything yet, still get reflux, heartburn.
