My clothes are starting to fit again. I have started to give my XL to Goodwill. I take my ACT in the morning with breakfast as taking it in the pm made it almost impossible for me to go to sleep at my regular time. Over all I am very pleased with this product.

I’ve been gluten free for 6 years, but still experience occasional stomach discomfort or pain after a meal. Since committing to the daily dose of Bragg ACV supplements, the bloated feeling I had after meals has disappeared, and I have consistent energy to accomplish more in a day. And I don’t feel guilty after enjoying my kryptonite, french fries, because I’m not swollen or sluggish after eating them. Also, I’m horrible at remember to take my vitamins, but I haven’t missed a single day with these supplements for all of these reasons!

I was not consistent with taking liquid ACV because I'm not too fond of the taste and smell. I've been hoping for an alternative form of ACV that could deliver that same result, and these capsules are exactly what I've been looking for! I love these capsules so much!!! They are easy to swallow, convenient to take with me when dining out, and have the same amount of active ingredients as the liquid ACV. Best of all, there is no vinegar aftertaste! I couldn't be happier about this product!

Online searches say the best thing to do to prevent new stones from forming & slowly dissolve existing stones is to drink a tablespoon of apple cidar vinegar in a glass of water throughout the day, but after several days my throat was feeling raw, so I decided to take these ACV capsules 3 times per day instead. I hope this works for me!
