I bought for the health benefits. After almost 30days I'm not having any gastric reflux. I'm also hoping to see a few pounds weight loss too!

I'll keep drinking the ACV liquid.. Burns but it works. Not getting the same results after 3 weeks as with the liquid.

Was hoping that this would help with weight loss. I have not noticed any change, or increased energy

Love using these capsules, have been drinking Bragg’s vinegar for awhile but taking these capsules is so much easier.
