I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and I feel great but unfortunately, I haven't seen a drop on my numbers so far. :-(

I e just been taking it a week and I find I’m not as hungry. I’m thinking it will help me loose weight and get my health in better shape.

This is in my opinion the best way to take ACV. It has made a huge improvement with my stomach issues.

I haven’t decided yet on my third bottle, too exspensive I know. I may have to go back to the liquid. The capsules are just easier non the throat.
