I love that’s it’s capsule & not liquid. I hated the liquid thats why I stop drinking it. The capsule are so much easier to take.

Very good product,none of that acrid aftertaste. I am pleased that I dont have to concern myself with the vinegar eating the enamel off my teeth.

Started taking them twice a day several months ago and I love the convenience of them. I also seem to have lost 25 pounds without trying.

I e just been taking it a week and I find I’m not as hungry. I’m thinking it will help me loose weight and get my health in better shape.

So far I love it. Just started taking the easy to swallow, tasteless capsules. I can't wait to feei and see the benefits!

I guess I just haven't been taking it long enough to really notice anything. Can you take 3 at once, or do you need to take 1 with each meal?

This is a much better way to take apple cider vinegar. So easy to take, no nasty taste, it’s much easier to carry around. Overall great product!
