I choose “good” simply because I have only been using it for a couple weeks. I do think it has reduced my hunger and cravings. Not sure it even claims to do that!

I have been using ACV for years to help promote good gut health and all the health benefits so finally having a source of capsules to take it in just gives me all the more reason to love it!

Followed the directions to a ‘t’ and was left in crippling pain on my fourth day. These supplements do not do what they say they do. Disappointing and a waste of money.

Better than the liquid because I can't actually taste it . Does help curve the appetite if you're consistent
