I love the ease of the capsule form. I am to busy to stop and take the Apple Cinder Vinegar in liquid form so I really truly like this product. Thank You Bragg!

I choose “good” simply because I have only been using it for a couple weeks. I do think it has reduced my hunger and cravings. Not sure it even claims to do that!
