It's my 2nd month of the ACV plus B vitamin pills and I take one with each meal for my 3 a day and it's a reasonable increase in energy without the jitters/crashes etc,..

Thanks Bragg’s for making it easy to get in all the benefits I need daily into 3 pills. Still unsure if I should take 1 at each meal or take altogether is best.

I have been taking ACV for a month and I'm not seeing weight loss and it's too early to see if it's lowering my Blood Glucose levels and Cholesterol levels

Got them for heartburn. It is helping. I do not have the mess of dealing with the liquid so I am not missing a day. I will definitely purchase in the future.

This product is great I take it in the morning and it gives me energy to start my day . Easy to swallow capsules taken first thing in the am to start my day and drink refreshers in the afternoon for a pick me up boost. Thanks so much
