No after taste or heartburn. Only 1 week in and I already see a boost in my energy. I walk 5 miles a day and just started gearing towards 10 miles so I'd definitely think this was a contributing factor.

To have the apple cider vinegar in capsule form is ingenious and so easy to take. I take it along with my daily vitamin regiment. No more measuring out the liquid vinegar and adding to water. This is a game changer! Five star rating!

Would be easier to swallow if it was in gummy form, the capsules tend to stick in the throat. I have only been taking since 7/26/21 and have not noticed any benefits as yet.
