I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a great generator for so many reasons! To start, it is lightweight, compact and easy to move around with both of the handles. It comes with easy to understand instructions and started up on the first try. It's also very quiet. I only wish I had it sooner after going through a hurricane with a power outage of almost a week. I would definitely recommend!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This 1800 watt portable generator by iPower is very user friendly. I was impressed from the beginning that all necessary components were included to initiate the startup for this product. In a few easy steps the generator is ready to power up. The pull handle worked easily and the unit quickly started. There is a standard 120 volt, 20 amp outlet, as well as DC and USB outlets. This unit would be great to have when you don't have power or in a place where you get numerous power outages.

I purchased this unit a couple of weeks ago. I read the instructions, made the adjustments, fueled it up, pulled the starter rope and it started. I used it at an outdoor outing to power two fans. It ran the entire time without the need to refuel. I was pleased with the unit;

I've been thinking about buying a generator for a couple of years now. Then Sam's had a sale on this one and I read that I could run two in parallel (with the included kit!) for twice the watts! So I bought two generators for almost the price of one! Now I've been trying to find a good way to add an external gas tank. So I reached out to A-iPower customer service for some extra information and a couple of gas caps I could alter for my expansion tank. Oscar ended up helping me out with some awesome support and fast communication. Now I'm well on my way to being prepared for the next big storm. Highly recommend A-iPower Generators!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I have always wanted a generator, and my time has finally arrived, and I am very impressed with this lightweight but very capable generator. It is small enough to travel on occasion for camping, and also function as a backup power source at home to keep essential devices powered up during an outage. I really like that everything but gasoline came with this particular generator, and the digital display and USB ports are a bonus. So far I cannot find any deficiencies, and am looking forward to many years of reliable service from this red wonder, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a lightweight and modern generator.

Starts easy and runs quiet. That's the only thing good about this generator. It's SUPPOSED to be 2300 Watts starting and 1800 Watts running. Nope, not even close. It has automatic overload protection that shuts off the inverter when there is too much electricity being pulled (engine continues to run). I tried running a 1500 Watt concrete vibrator and it tripped the overload protection every few seconds. Ugh. Tried running a 1200 Watt drill and it tripped the overload protection as soon as I pulled the trigger. Finally, I tried an air compressor at 1000 Watts and guess what? Tripped the overload protection at 1000 Watts. Yes, I'm certain of the wattage as there is a meter on the front telling how many Watts are being drawn PLUS I know the rating of the equipment I am trying to run. The only thing I could actually run and stay operating is an LED light. This thing is completely worthless for anything but a boat anchor.

Fuel just pours out the bottom

Pluses: Light and quiet. Negative: small fuel tank

Love this thing. Great small camping generator, and while it's not silent, it is very quiet.

Runs gutter machine great
