So far, so good. Starts easily, runs smoothly and quietly. I could easily up the rating to 5 stars after I've used it for a few months.

1 out of 4 DOA.

Bought 4 of these when on sale. One of them never would start and is now on its way back to the manufacturer for repairs. Not to impressed.

reply from AiPower Customer Support

Hi Your Mechanic, we’re sorry to hear that one of the four generators you purchased would not start out of the box. We understand how disappointing that is with a new unit, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to inspect and repair it. We hope the other three units are performing well and that we can get this one back to you and operating as expected as quickly as possible. ~A-iPower Customer Support Team
