I'm so glad that I purchased this trimmer. This is the 3rd Cordless Trimmer that I've purchased within 3 weeks to replace my old gas trimmer that died. I did a lot of research as it was important to find a lightweight cordless trimmer that I, as a woman, can easily maneuver especially after having undergone 4 lower back surgeries. This trimmer was super easy to assemble. I was concerned at 1st thinking the 2 batteries might add too much weight to the trimmer and I'm glad to say that I was wrong. It wasn't too heavy nor did I feel the need for a shoulder strap. It is very easy to handle and has an enormous amount of power that you control with the adjustable trigger. Even using low power this trimmer did a great job clearing brush/grass and the batteries lasted a long time before it was time to recharge. The engine is quiet and it's very easy to advance the line. I have a large yard a portion of which is very hilly which is hard to reach with my lawn mower but this little gadget made the job a breeze. I let my dad try it today and now he just ordered the exact same trimmer for his property. I highly recommend this trimmer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used mine for the first time today and it works great. I trimmed every thing I ever have to trim and the 2ah batteries still had a 1/3 charge. I probably used it for 30 minutes on grass and weeds, nothing heavy or thick. It works great for my intended purpose.

I bought the 2x20V cordless string trimmer recently and am happy I did. It was the perfect upgrade for a man over six feet. I still have my 20V Worx cordless trimmer but this one has a longer shaft, which makes it easier on my back, no bending over, and the 40V of power tears through grass. In summary the longer shaft, 40V power, the upgraded quick charger for both max batteries is a welcomed addition to the rest of my Worx 20V tools.

I recently ordered 2 new spools of trimmer string but I haven’t received them! It’s been a while I hope they get delivered!!! I’m enjoy yard work!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this trimmer 4 weeks ago, and it’s the best trimmer I’ve ever owned! I’ve had 5 different model trimmer-edgers in the last 15 years. They all were so so at best. String breaking, cords tangling, no power, and debris flying everywhere. This is the first cordless trimmer I’ve owned. Plenty of power, speed control, light weight, comfortable to handle. It has a wider guard that keeps most of the debris from flying onto you. I have a little over 1/4 acre lot, and it has plenty of battery life. It also does a great job at edging. The best trimmer ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this a few times now and am somewhat disappointed. It doesn't have very much power. Moderately thick grass slows the head down considerably. Constantly have to back off to let the head return to speed before going in again. This leads to a short battery life. 15-20 minutes of run time is as much as I have gotten. The handle placement makes it a bit awkward and unbalanced due to the fact that the shaft coupling prevents you from moving the handle down very far. I do like the push button string feed feature which is very convenient.

This is the best tool I've ever used to trim the lawn. With just a touch of the button you can rotate it to do edging. With the wheel options it is super easy to use. I would recommend this tool to anyone instead of dealing with the messy gas and oil mix or even dragging around a cord. I know whoever buys it would not be sorry!

He said he had more than enough to finish our double lot with lots of gardens, nooks and plenty of edging needing first of the year attention. The extra length of the handle was an added bonus from the old tool. To please him with the easy use of the trimmer/edger was an added plus. My lawn/gardens look great!

Ive had this for 3 years and am fed up. I like the Worx tools concept of one size battery for all my different tools. I origanally purchased the 20v string trimmer but found it went through a whole roll of string while doing my medium sized yard and I hoped the larger 40v 0.080 size string would do better but this trimmer cant go 6 feet without the string breaking off inside the trim head and I have to take the cover off and pull out a new length of string which ads a good 15 minutes to my trimming time and is very frustrating! I would not recommend this trimmer.

I have been using Worx trimmer/edgers since the very first model came out and this unit is flat out a beast compared to all the others before it !! This model unit just glides thru everything I put it into, I can't believe how now I can finish my entire yard on just one charge, the dual battery power makes all the difference in the final appearance as it has the power to get it done. Edging is now much easier because of the extra power it has.
