[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The trimmer exceeds all expectations if the goal was to include the worst, most indecipherable manual possible. In addition, you do not even have a support page on your web site that shows the features and how to access them. Small indecipherable and illegible drawings are useless. I showed it to my wife and she could not change the head angle using your manual. The only solution is to immediately put a usable manual on-line and go through the rest of your products to make sure they have better manuals. Were I in charge, I would fire the manager of your pubs group and put together an outside users group to review your publications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a loyal WORX customer for several years. This edger is by far the best tool of this type I've ever used. As a petite, over age 50, woman, edging is something I feel compelled to do, but most edgers are just too big or heavy or noisey for me to handle. This one is perfect. I'm able to edge my entire yard, then use my WORX blower to finish up. All with just the 2 batteries included with the edger and blower. I highly recommend WORX tools for all your yard needs.

Bought this for a Christmas present. Very hard to understand the manual instructions. Better to watch video on how to use. Also the string line that we purchased (3 spools) Product No WA0014, is stuck together, and you have to take head off and pull string apart, which happens frequently when using. Also with 5 acres, I have to charge at least 4 times. The 40V Max Lithium batteries are nice, but I would have went with a higher voltage. The edger part is not the most desirable. Also would have been nice to have two strings with weeding instead of one.

tool is a piece of junk, bought it new after much research, did not meet description or expectations, line does not feed easily, difficult to spool the reel or it tangles and wont feed, only one line button/operation set up is very poor, obviously the designer does not use one? better ones for less money out there my mistake

I had the 56v trimmer that broke after 4 years of use. I liked how the trigger was on my old trimmer. Seems like on the new trimmer . You can’t really control the speed of the trimmer. Seems like it goes from low to high. No medium speed. Don’t really like where the button is that you have to press to start the trimmer. I liked the older trimmer better. That being said , I think I will get used to using it and it will be fine.

I have a bigger work weed eater but too heavy for 60 + lady . This smaller one is good for me. Like the wheels to edge so I don’t have to lift it all the time. Only complaints hard to reposition. And one spool came totally unwound mess in package .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new WORX trimmer/edger as we were needing new batteries for our old WORX. My husband was amazed at the power of the new tool. He said he had more than enough to finish our double lot with lots of gardens, nooks and plenty of edging needing first of the year attention. The extra length of the handle was an added bonus from the old tool. To please him with the easy use of the trimmer/edger was an added plus. My lawn/gardens look great!

The single mount 20v trimmer didn't even have the power to cut its own cord. It is obvious that the trimmer that mounts two 20v batteries is designed to overcome it's power deficiencies. I keep this deficient product in my garage to remind me that no what product they introduce that appears imaginative and useful, DON'T LET THEM FOOL AGAIN!

I bought this to replace the 56v version. power is on-par, features are slightly better, but the one main flaw with the 56v seems to have carried over: the connector to join the two haves of shafts still allows flexibility. it kinda feels not solid due to this.
