The steaks are small for the $50+ price tag for 4 small steaks. They are very tender but they do have the “livery” taste to them due to grass fed. I won’t buy them again.

These filets are great. Did not expect grass fed and finished to taste so good and be tender. I normally cook them on a salt block but they are great just straight on the grill

I've started buying my meat on line from various private ranchers. I wanted to buy meat that was grass fed and humanely raised without antibiotics, hormones or mRNA injections. The package doesn't specify if the beef is antibiotic, hormone or mRNA free but I decided to try it anyway since it comes from an Oregon ranch, so at least I know the beef is USA raised and not imported. The steaks are a perfect size for our family and were tender and tasted great. I thought the price was fair.

After purchase I put 2 in the freezer and 2 in the fridge to cook in two days. When I opened the package the smell was overwhelming slimy dark color around the edges they were so stinky and gross , l had to throw in the trash! What a waste of money, when I open the other package I’ll be returning them to Sam’s for a full refund!
