These were very nice chunks of meat. Presumably because of the packaging, they didn’t expire quickly. As a consequence we were able to use most of it one night then finish it up several days later. The quality was excellent.

Fabulous steaks! The perfect size and the taste was phenomenal. Tender, no gristle, and cooked to perfection. I like that they were grass fed, and I will certainly buy them again.

These were remarkably great steaks. Pan fried butter and melt in your mouth, very tender. I hope they can continue this offering. I going back soon to stock up the freezer!

The first couple packages I bought were fabulous and then something changed and they were not the same. Unfortunately we won't be buying anymore they were too bloody and did not taste the same.

Beautifully trimmed, perfect size for grilling or making shishkabobs. They keep nicely in the freezer, and (since we're a household of 2), we like that the steaks are individually packed so we can use them 2 at a time. Good value, too.

It is hard for me to believe anyone would give this meat a positive rating. I have tried it twice (eight pieces total). It is full of gristle. Can't cut it with a steak knife. Fed it to the dog. He buried it.

My son likes filet. I prefer rib eye or prime rib, but I got these to try. I will not be buying again. With the pepper corn sauce, my son made it taste good, but the meat itself was almost mushy. It was not like a solid piece of steak. I won't be buying these or any other pre-packaged, like this, meat again.
