I cooked 2. I couldn’t cut either one. It was all fat stringy hard stuff. I ended up returning it. Totally inedible.

These steaks are very good. Tender and juicy and lots of flavor. So easy to cook and they do not take long too cook. A+

FIRST TIME -trying these- definitely eating beef. Cooked in a cast iron skillet for 4 min on each sides for well done. Very tender,

Grass fed and finished! Most stores onlly sell grass fed but not finished know the difference. Good Uruguay beef.

To be filets they had quite a bit of fat in them. Maybe I just got a fatty pack.I won’t be purchasing these from Sam’s again.

not as good as the members mark choice or prime filets. flavor was not as good and found some tough areas.

We would always wait for the butcher to order a fresh, tender cut, but these were just as tender. Didn’t have to wait and last longer in the fridge.

These are the absolute best. They are much more tender than any other meat. Grass fed products are better than any other.

Purchased several weeks ago so my husband and I decided to have these steaks for dinner tonight. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and tenderness of this meat. We used a steak seasoning and grilled the steaks to medium….Perfect!

We have had US grass fed %26 finished beef in the past, and it was awesome. So, we saw this in our local Sam's club and decided to give it a try. I can not express how disappointing these were. They were just full of water, cut thin, and torn across about 1/3. When cooked on an open grill, it took so long for the water to cook out the fillets, they ended up well done. The tase was just not right. Never again!
