Outstanding steaks, plan to buy more

These were very good and a great price.

I have gotten filet mignon steaks from Omaha Steaks and I felt these were similar and much cheaper.

Just the right size and package to go right in the freezer if you need to.

They are tender and very tasty

FIRST TIME -trying these- definitely eating beef. Cooked in a cast iron skillet for 4 min on each sides for well done. Very tender,

I cooked 2. I couldn’t cut either one. It was all fat stringy hard stuff. I ended up returning it. Totally inedible.

Sometimes the steaks are fillet shakier and sometimes they are almost flat. Hard to tell what you will actually get
