Not enjoyable at all. Had a strange flavor of vinegar!!

Flavor and texture not good to be tenderloin filets very tough and full of fat and gristly .

Great steak but why is all your meat from Australia? Would like to see some Texas beef in Sam’s

Steaks were spoiled when opened. Frozen the day purchased thawed for two days in the refrigerator.

I love this beef tenderloin that Sam’s carry, it’s grass fed, low in calories and in high protein.

Very tender and taste very good in stews.
