Seat is too shallow for anyone over 5’. Recliner won’t stay back. Super strong chemical smell when opened out of the box and for 2 days after.

Comfortable, good appearances, but lacks stable reclining position. I would not recommend this Reclining Chair. Great Chair to sit in Only!

I love my new chair! It was easy to set up and is very comfortable for me to read and relax in. Stunning look in the living room.

This is great for someone small. It's more of a ladies chair. I can bring up the footrest but cannot get it to recline fully and stay. It has a nice feel to it and is comfortable.

The chair is beautiful and comfortable. The fed ex delivery was not good. They left it a half mile down the road. We had to go look for it and put it in our own vehicle.

Absolutely love these chairs! Bought 2 of them. If you are on the taller side, these may be short for you but they are excellent for us. My husband is 5’10 and I am 5’3”. Padding is firm and has you sit the way your posture should be.

Chair is too small and I am only 5’ 6. Chair reclining mechanism is extremely hard to engage sometimes causing the chair to almost tip over backwards when attempting to recline. I will return it to Sam’s Club.

Color and structure is good, however, the back is buffed too much to the point making the seat too short. The reclining foot piece is low which makes you slide forward. I am not comfortable and was a bad decision to purchase.

This chair looks really nice and seems to be good quality, and maybe ours is a one-off; but it is almost impossible to get it to recline! I have to get both my feet in the seat and kind of jump against the back to recline to the first position - which is nice but not a REAL relaxing amount of leaning back. If I want to lean all the way back (which is pretty nice), I have to push against the foot rest the entire time with my feet to keep the back down in that position. NOT the MOST relaxed I've ever been in a recliner... The upside is, when I want to sit up - I can just take my feet off and I go back to the first reclined spot. And when I want to sit up (which is VERY straight, btw), I just barely lean forward and I'm up like a shot! All in all, at least for our experience, this is NOT a relaxing recliner at all. I called Member's Mark member services and they were wonderful to already take care of us with no trouble at all. I'm disappointed, though, in my chair... it looks nice in my den but now I have to find something else I actually enjoy sitting in!

Let’s start out by calling this chair what it is. It is the Abbyson living Carla chair. Even the box shows the same info. WN-1055-BRN-1. So yourself a favor and save some money and buy direct from the manufacturer if this is the chair for you. It is on the smaller side for a tall person and requires 12” to recline by a wall. The color in all advertising shows a mixed beautiful brown tone. The chair almost looks like the black one. I’ve included photos of all 3 together. Disappointed
