These may be great but I can't get past the smell and taste of them. They smell like urine, it's not good.

Not sure what the problem is with smell unless you don't like cinnamon. You don't eat it you swallow it whole and even then it has a cinnamon taste for the few seconds it is in your mouth. I like this product and thank Natures Way for helping diabetic's with a multivitamin.

It is difficult to take this vitamin when the smell and taste makes you want to throw up. Just a few days into this bottle and not sure if I can continue taking these. Have used other formulas in this brand with no problem.

Good assortment of nutrients and quality ingredients for diabetics.

They seem to work well if you can get by the smell and taste of them which is horrible
